The glyph below on the right gives the name of a ruler of the "water-scroll" polity in Early Classic style,
TIL-MAN-na K'INICH. This kingdom is probably in Belize,
and is mentioned on the jade from Altun Ha, see John Graham's Ancient Mesoamerica p. 241-242
on a stela at Nim Li Punit and on the some of the Burial 116 bones at Tikal (probably elsewhere too).
